Stock Up Prices Guide

This is not my stockpile but isn’t it pretty!!
The last few months in my Coupon Classes/Workshops I get asked a lot about how I know when to stock up on a certain items and how I figure what the price is. Since I have been couponing for about 10 years now and really gotten even more smarter using coupons the last 2 1/2 years. I kind of have running prices in my head on what I will pay and won’t pay for certain items. Like I always say I don’t pay more then $1.50 a box for cereal. I aim for $1.00 a box. I never pay for toothpaste and I haven’t in 10 years. I don’t have too because pretty much every other week at CVS or Walgreens you can get it for free. There are so many things to know prices on but obviously since you can’t be in my head to know this stuff I wanted to share 3 lists that you should consult when figuring out prices. I would print out these lists and keep them with your coupons so as you shop you can refer to them.
If you have a cool iphone you can download the app called “Provisions” HERE
. It’s free and gives you a list of items at the best price.
